On your screenshot it looks like the paths in the bottom left corner are not properly connected. If that is not the issue, you will have to attach your model for further investigation.

Also, A* and AGV paths are different systems entirely, so I'm not sure why you chose that title for your post.

(except when using AGV routing constraints and the paths are being calculated dynamically - then the A* algorithm is used - but still not the A* navigator system)

As expected, the problem seems to be the bottom left corner. Try reconnecting the paths in that area.

It might also be a good idea to use a single path set to allow travel in both directions for the paths leading to the queue and rack.
