Send item to decision point not working as expected

I am trying to send item randomly to two separate decision points DP1 and DP2 using outObjects[]. But the item seems to always go to DP2 and not to DP1?

I have attached the model. Test1.fsm

It thinks the item has already passed the junction point to go to that decision point.

If you change the item edge property of the station to leading edge and make sure the item is slightly before the side transfer it will send correctly.
