Batch processing item entry time

This is a flexsim 2016 model. I made this model to do batch processing (by using Combiner and set Batch Processing in processor) and I would like to record the entry time to Process5 and leave time from Process5 for each item in GlobalTable1. However, some of the item entry time is same to leave time. How can I fix it?

Why wouldn't it be? You have no other constraints on the process.

Also - you should encourage your university to get a more recent version - the version you are using is no longer supported.
