Entry and Exit time for a batch

Hi all,

I'd like to record entry and exit time for each batch in the system. Entry time of a batch means the time 1st unit in a batch enters the system and Exit time of a batch means last unit of a batch exits the system.

Currently, I only can record entry and exit time of each object. How can I add "Batch" as 1 more constraint to be considered? And how can I take 1st and last unit of a batch for consideration only?

Thank you.

here is an example:

It shows entry time and end collecting time in a trigger source code of a queue-

staytime_batch_of_queue.fsm

Thank you Joerg.

I have tried your way to trigger to Queue 5 but it shows stay time of each item only, not by batch. Moreover, is there any way to record it in the statistics collector?
