How to write the average value of labels into a global table?

I have three types, each with three labels values named aaa, bbb, and ccc. I want to know how to write the average label value of each type to a global table.

Collect all the values in a statistics collector and then either use a calculated table or query the Stats collector directly to write to your global table.
