patient preempted from a resource is unable to grab another resource

multiple waiting line v2_1.fsm

Hi

I am trying to model a multi-line system with one or more kiosk could go down. When one kiosk goes down, I am expecting the people in the respective queue and the person that is using the kiosk to be preempted and join other lines.

At the moment, the preempted people are able to join another line but not acquiring the new kiosk. Please assist.

You have to deactivate Same As Last Acquired in the 'Advanced' settings of the Acquire Location activity.
