Why my AGV goes out of the path?

My AGV goes out of the path. After a couple of seconds it will appears on a control point. Then it will still goes out of the path. Continuously. I'm curios why it happens and how can I fix it.未命名.png

Refreshing the agv path seems to solve the issue.
