Could someone explain me how to solve these aesthetic issues in my model? I want the created sphere to be placed on top of the yellow element and then be contained within the green element. As you can see, the objects are being created below the yellow one and they accumulate mostly outside the green one. Thank you in advance.

I would suggest looking into changing the shape factors of your objects to get the items to be created and placed within the bounds you set. The following link goes over using shape factors within FlexSim.
