statistics won't show up when on selected objects

whenever i select an object from the model and go to stats and click on the option pins stats won't display on dashboard and a blank square shows up instead, also i dont get to see the content vs time option on stats submenus options, thank you dor your help !screenshot-2023-06-24-203139.png

@fyialex, I tested your model with FlexSim 23.1.

I did:

  • load model,
  • hit reset,
  • charts background shown up,
  • hit run field,
  • charts got updated.

Then I assume you might have a graphic error.

If more than one user uses FlexSim on the computer in question, then you may be experiencing a known bug, which is already on the dev list. The bug causes charts to be blank.

Hello, I have the same problem on a computer, however there is only one session open and even after rebooting nothing changes.
