why my operator cant work

example.jpgi got 1 source, 1 queue, 1 machine , 1 sink and 1 operator. i use process flow create resource for operator and process. if i change machine & operator resource count from 1 become 2, one of my operator cant move to machine how to solve it.

You need to have a dispatcher.
