Why all 3D objects not appearing in the model?

Need assistance to rectify the 3D objects not appearing in the model. The 3D objects' values are visible in the Model Tree view. I have tried rectifying it with default workspace. It does not work.

Would like to know what causes this issue to happen.

Hi @Francis Kwa,

This could be a graphics compatibility issue.

Please try the various suggestions in our article Graphics Compatibility - Common Problems and Solutions and let us know what you find.

If the suggestions don't seem to make a difference, please send back a screenshot of your FlexSim Software's Help > About FlexSim popup. It will look something like this:

Thanks for the reply.

Attached is the Flexsim software screenshot.

It is unlikely graphic card issues as the file was OK on the day it was saved. The version before this saved copy does not have this problem.

I would like to find out the causes to prevent it from happening again.

@Francis Kwa The Display 3D shape has been turned off for all objects.

  1. Use the Tree View to select all objects.
  2. Go to View -> Edit Selected Objects.
  3. Under Switches, click the button Toggle 3D Shapes.

You should see the object shape. I have enclosed your model with the 3D shapes turn on.

Do you know, under what circumstances, Flexsim automatically toggle all the 3D shapes display in the model?

I did not toggle the 3D shapes display function.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to toggle the 3D shapes display?

I wonder whether a keyboard shortcut was pressed unknowingly resulting in this issue.
