Elevator bank statistics not recording after adjusted Traveler Capacity Usage

Hello, in my model I am trying to measure the throughput and the utilization of my elevator bank. I realized that the states chart and throughput seems to be not recording when the traveler capacity usage & capacity is changed to to 1. I am loading large pallets with 1 pallet at a time entering the elevator. Did I mess something up here?

The elevator bank does not have working statistics itself. You have to look at the individual elevators which are subnodes of the bank object. The sampling tool always just "sees" the elevator bank in the 3d view, so you have to select the elevators from the tree view.
