How can make the Operator looks like he is filling clipboard?

here is my model I'm trying to make the operator (RN1) look like he is filling the clipboard after each patient comes in, and the clipboard keeps adding as long the patient keeps entering. is it possible to do that?

for MD1 how to make it move his arm when the patient came in while sitting.

You could try using the animation for typing.
