Replications are a functionality of licensed Experimenter tool. If you have a license beyond a demo license, you should set the number of replications in experimenter tool. You have to estimate on your own how many replications do you need to get a reliable result based on statistical data. Some experts are satisfied by one replication others are expecting at least 100 replications. FlexSim for example does for there statistical distribution charts to show a histogram 1000 events.
