How can I set my source?

Hi, I'd like to set my source's arrival time by exponential distribution, but once it generates 100 items, it stops to generate. I'd like to know how can I do that. Thanks for helping!

Hi,

Could you upload a model where that happens so that we can see what's limiting the output of your source?

Which type of source are you using: 3D or process flow activity (DateTime Source Activity, Scheduled Source Activity, Inter-arrival Source)?

Do you have a stop time in the model? A screenshot would help (or model as Paula suggests).

You can simply close the output of the source as the 100th item is about to leave in its exit trigger. (The item will still exit, but the next created item will stay inside the source).
