UNLOAD TWO OR MORE BATCHES AT THE SAME TIME

Hi community

I have some doubts about my simulation. When the first truck arrive to unload the delivery, the others have to wait until finish all the quantities. I want that one or more truck unload without wait others truck an then generete a queue.

Does the model even run on your end? When I try to start the model, FlexSim locks up because the >100.000 task sequences that get generated overload the program.

The transports are only limited by two factors:

- The capacity of the queues, which is only a limit in theory, because it is set very high in each case.

- The logic in the On Entry/On Exit triggers of the ALM queues that close/open the input of the transporters at certain content thresholds, preventing them from accepting additional task sequences.

Hi Felix I got it

For the first factor should I minimize the quantity of the stocks and then will load and unload the truck faster the quantities?

The second factor then it's difficult that two truck or more load/unload the deliveries the program only accept the load or unload work of one truck?

Thanks for the tips!

Yes, reducing the quantity of items will make the model run faster.

I don't quite understand your problem. The trucks operate independently from one another. As long as there is work (there are items in the upstream queue and the downstream queue still accepts items) a truck will continue to transport items across.
