PushBackRack - No slot was assigned to item

When I drag a regular rack, it works right away by placing objects in 'First slot with space".

However, when I drag a pushbackrack, it doesn't work as I get the error "No slot was assigned to item".

1st: I think it should be working right away when dragged to the 3D view without having to set any parameters.

2nd: How do I make it work because none of the Slot Assignment Strategies work? Just looking for a standard basic operation here. Not a custom slotting.

IThanks,

Can you attach a model where this error occurs? I tried both 24.0 and the 24.1 beta and the pushback rack works without issues in both for me.

I created a new sample model to show you the problem but the problem doesn't happen when I start a new model. The model causing the error is from 2 years ago. It's like something changed in the last 2 years in the StorageSystem Slot Assigment logic that causes the problem when I drag new objects in the old model. I will investigate further and get back to this post late.r

After 4 hours of searching I discovered that I get "No slot was assigned to item" because my pallet height is too high for the slots. I increased the height and the problem is solved.
