Robot unloading into 2 queues with priority

Hi,

I wanna create simulation where robot will unload 20 items from conveyor into the queue1 and then same ammount into queue 2.

And also transporter load items from the queue 1 and transport them into rack then comeback and do same for queue 2.

Could you please show me the logic how to do it?
