Batch Size Optimization

I am working with a FlexSim model of a job shop where items are generated from a source following a statistical distribution. These items are then routed to various processing stations as per a Router table. Additionally, each item is associated with a unique batch size, determined by the BatchSize table. I am facing challenges in optimizing these batch sizes to enhance throughput and reduce lead times. Could you assist me in addressing the optimization of batch sizes in this model?
