How to determine the optimal production lot size using optquest in flexsim/experimeter?

I have a simulation model of a production system in a bread factory. I want to use flexsim to optimize a good production lot size so that it can reduce production time but can produce the same or maybe more products than usual.

because I see in flexsim there are experimenter and optquest features that can be used for optimization.

for the record the factory working hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.
