Load/Unload at the same time

I would like the task executer to collect all the items it can at the same time. All together. And it takes 15 seconds to load them, regardless of whether it takes 3 boxes, 2 boxes or the maximum. Likewise, to download them, I would like them to download all at once for 40 seconds. How can this be done? Thank you so much
