When I upgraded Flexsim with 24.2.1, I am facing the error on home page as attached screenshots. I am able to open new file, but not able to see the home page completely.
There are different versions are still downloaded since I have download the flexsim. I would like to only latest version, so Can I just uninstalled older version from my computer?

Hi @Het, Your problem with the start page appears specific to your computer and/or your network. Most likely your computer is behind a corporate firewall or proxy server that is blocking that communication.
I am surprised that version 24.2 acts differently than 24.1 since there have not been any changes to the start page, other than some links are different between versions, for instance to different announcement pages and tutorials.

Yes, you can uninstall old versions of FlexSim if you do not need them.

I face same issue with Version 1 now, it was showing me advertisement and sample model of Bottle line on homepage before I install Version 2. Also, I have reinstalled version 2 to see if I can see the Home page with this error notification. I guess this is not affecting creating a new model. Just wanted to see if there are more sample models that I can see on home page and download.
@Het, I am not surprised that 24.1 exhibits the same behavior as 24.2, since this is not a FlexSim problem, but what appears to be a proxy server in your organization network that is blocking the communication. Because this was something new to you recently, probably the proxy server is a new development in your company, or its settings were recently changed.
