how to connect multiple selected queues to multiple processors all in once?

Hi, I am working on a FlexSim project with a huge AUTOCAD drawing in its background. Therefore, the FlexSim is running really slow. I am wondering if there is a way I can connect multiple queues with multiple processors all in once? Thanks!

Not an answer to your question but if you go to the properties of the object where the CAD drawing is placed on (whether it is a model background or a visual tool) and you hide the 3D shape (by unchecking the: Show 3D shape option on the general tab page) the CAD is not gone but just invisible and you can move around again in a souple way. And if you need it again you switch it on again.

Let's assume that you have two groups of objects (group A and group B) and you want to connect the output ports from group A to group B. First we want to connect one of the objects in one group to all of the objects in the other. Follow the steps below to connect one of the group A objects to all of the group B objects:

  1. Select all of the objects in group B
    1. Hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard and drag around the objects in group B
    2. If you can't select all of them at once or you select objects that are not part of the group, then you can add/remove objects from the selected group by holding down the "CTRL" key and clicking on an object
  2. Make an output port connection from one object in group A to any object of the selected objects (group B). This will make a port connection from the first object to all of the currently selected objects. This method works for input and center port connections as well.

To get the rest of group A connected without having to replicate the above process for each object you can do the following:

  1. Select all of the non-connected objects in group A
    1. Using the "Shift" key will automatically deselect all of the objects in group B
  2. Select the Menu Option "View -> Edit Selected Objects"
  3. Highlight the connected object in group A - By left clicking on it to create the yellow highlight box
  4. In the "Edit Selected Objects" GUI click on the "Duplicate HO's Outputs" button to duplicate the port connections that you made to group B

This method is much faster if you are dealing with large groups of objects. It is also one of the best ways to make port connects when using the tree view. I only recommend using the tree view to make connections when the objects are spaced too far apart, hidden, or hard to find in the 3D view.

if you hold down Shift on your keyboard and drag around a group of objects (or hold down Control and left click objects) this will put a red border around them that designates them as 'Selected'. If you then make a port connection from any object to the Selected set, or from the Selected set to any object the port connection will be copied to all the members of the set
