Animation problem of Operator with version 16.1.2

The operator of version 16.1.2 doesn't do any animation, even when I play the animation in the animation editor. Version 16.1.1 doesn't have such problem.

Just to follow on from out phone call, the animation can be turned off in compatibility mode but there have been some issues with Nvidia driver.

Thanks Michael, I did have problem with NVDIA card then I changed into compatibility mode. Just now, I changed it back, there is no issue now.
