Your process flow and your 3D model don't seem to be connected at all. So because you don't have any items you can't set their item type. Tokens are the basic unit used in Process Flow activities. You can set an "itemType" label on your tokens to use in your Process Flow logic.

You can however use Process Flow to create a Flow item and can assign an item type value to it that way. I've reattached a model where I've hooked your 3D model up to your Process Flow. I changed the Resources to reference your operators instead of being numeric, and I set the item's color by referencing the itemType label I created.

Feel free to take the model apart and replicate any part you need.
