how can I get the license and be able to use the complete version, I can not even use the free trial.

Have you got entered a concurrent license server? If you have done this and the option file isn't set proberly on this server, you can get a custom license, that may not work at all. You see a workspace but you can't add anything.

Thanks for your help, I have not done any of it, how much the license is around? I need this program for my master degree.

Find your local distributor or the one closest to you ( https://www.flexsim.com/contact/ ) and ask how you can get a license.

I don't understand what you mean by "I can not even use the free trial". Are you not able to download it? Or will it not run on your computer? Or don't you know where to start learning Flexsim? So please explain a bit more here

I installed correctly as it came but I don't have the space to put the tools, I mean there is not 3D layer where I can place the objects
