Student license in Colombia

Hello. I'm student at colombia. and I would like to have student licence for learn some software about my course, but, I haven't had an answer from the FlexSim representative in Colombia, I need the student license urgently. I sent the request to you a yesterday and still haven't answered, please help me on this. Thanks.
