Error 4 - FlexSim ServerActUtil

When try to run flexsimserveractutil.exe, even running as administrator, the error in the screen came up. We check if the server has connections with internet and there is no restrictions to use internet in the server. No firewall rules is avoiding internet connections.

Thanks Ben. All those 3 steps was done prior I post that message in the forum. Actually to solve the issue, we unistalled all old versions of Flexnet in the customer's server and re-installed FlexNet and FlexSimServerActUtil.exe. With that done, the instalation and activation was smoothly achieved.

Did you extract the .zip file before running flexsimserveractutil.exe? Attempting to use it without first extracting the entire zip archive could cause problems.
It is not enough to just be logged in to an Adminstrator Windows account. You also need to right-click the program and choose to Run as administrator.
Did you install the anchor service? In the FlexSim ServerActUtil program, select the menu option Tools > Licensing Service > Install anchor service.

After these, you should be able to successfully activate a license.
