Well, this does not help at all. This support system is confusing as hell and maybe works for techies, for rest of us it is useless. Some one from Flexsim please call me. I have tried calling your office at least 5 times and I keep getting to support voice mail.
@Pinakin Desai Today is a federal holiday (For Christmas Eve) and no one is at the office. Monday is also a holiday.

Please DO NOT post manual activation or return requests to public questions. This allows licenses to be stolen by malicious 3rd parties. Sensitive licensing matters should be handled within private questions.

That said, your XML activation request would not process due to a "license model" error. This likely occurred because you generated the activation request within FlexSim software (as you would for a standalone license), and not within flexsimserveractutil.exe (as you would for a license-server based license).
Your license is a network license, so you will need to follow the instructions for a license-server installation. Please check out the webpage for How to Activate within your FlexSim Account and read the section for Server licenses:
