Resetting State Chart

Hi.

It seems from Plane17 Chart that the breakdown resets. I have compared it to the non-custom state specific to Plane17/InPROCESS and it had a higher running breakdown. Is it because I have only applied the breakdown on "processing" alone?

To respond to the question at hand:

Yes I believe you are correct that the breakdown in the custom state varies because of how it is applied to the processing. Make sure you are setting the state where you actually want the state down to begin counting against the total time the state the object is in.
