Where can I find the latest flexsim module DLL SDK stuffs?

I want to look for the latest flexsim module DLL sdk stuffs.

But I can't find any place in Manual and this answers.flexsim.com. I have only the stuffs of 2015.08.27 updated. Is it the latest one?

I want to study to make the model of dll project by using VisualStudioWizards. The latest tool of flexsim dll project to be used is visualStyudio 2013?

I want to get the all related files including the wizard and html files to be used to make the dll project.
