How to follow objects via flypath / VR guided tour?

Hi,

hope anybody has allready a good solution or maybe a hint for me, how to solve this.

What I try is to create a Video and a "guided tour" for VR presentation through a FlexSim model. A part of this presentation also should follow an item/ Task executer.

For the Video I´m sure the flypath is the right approach. For the VR presentation I don´t got any idea at all.

Hello,

you can also use this other module I've created: flexcon-operator-view.zip

It adds on every gui a button on the bottom where to open another 3D view where the object is followed. So the object can be an item, a task executer ...

You can follow the object:

  • on its head if it is an operator (only the legacy one cause i've not updated it)
  • by its back using the mouse wheel to move up and down
  • with a free view with locked pointed object
