what trigger should I use to send the operator to home position while the model is still running and it has no more jobs or activities to do?

Use the OnResourceAvailable trigger and choose the "Travel to a Home Location". Then just specify where you want the operator (task executer) to go when it has nothing to do. You can also have them travel to an x, y, z position based on a condition (see below).
