How to turn AGV at cross ntork node without moving.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qD_5QJPpzhw

crossnetworkpass.fsm

AGV moves with turning at the network node when 90 deee turning in default.

I want to make AGV turn 90 degree without moving at the cross ntwork node like youtube movie attached.

How can I do it?

When AGV moves straight without turning at the network node, it do not slow down and move with same spped.

You can let travel the AGV to a Control Point and initiate a kinematic or animation of a drawsurrogate object in the taskexecuter which compensates the rotation of the taskexecuter. The drawsurrogate contains the shape of your vehicle and the shape of the taskexecuter is set invisible.

If your network doesn't contains curves with wide radius you can set the curve speed in the path system to an unrealistic high value. Then you need not an animation for compensation you can set the orientation of the drawsurrogate directly.

I think there isn't any progress to your question about a Kiva like system from July.

I added an animated gif in my answer here, which shows the travel of a similar system. In this model I let the AGV taskexecuter evaluate the receiving tasksequence to find the destination. Then I insert tasks to travel to locations or to travel relative only in x or y direction to get to the destination. There are aisles in a grid table which are marked as paths. I use these aisles to travel near to the destination. You can insert delay tasks in the tasksequence to get a similar behavior as you asked.

My current model doesn't contain the collision detection so far and it hasn't got the ability to find a path through the areas directly, where the items are stored.
