AGV's do not return to station

I have a problem with a model that I am making. I attached the model, as well as a screen capture in which I explain the logic of the model. In the "AGV's station" I have three AGV's which must go to "Charging station" to load a unit which will pass to "Process 1", then to "Process 2" and finally to "Download station". There really are two problems, when the AGV leaves the unit in the "Sink" it should return the AGV to "AGV's station" but it does not return, it stays in the "Download station". The second problem is that I want that when the first AGV is in charge of a unit and it is in "Process 1", another AGV must move to load another unit but it does not; This is because the process that I seek to simulate thus acts. I am new to the AGV's part and would greatly appreciate your support.

have you tried to insert more control points into the path system. Then the AGVs can acquire a next path and a dead lock can be prevented. And it always a good suggestion to do first all tutorials form the manual.

I already made the tutorial in 3D model but I can not solve the problem. Still waiting in the station of the sink the AGV instead of going to the station of AGV's.

@Omar Aguilera Rico

Hi,

I have come up with a solution to solve your both problems from the sample model that you have attached. I have used Agv process flow template to control the movement of Agv as you are expecting. And I have done some slight customization work on Agv process flow template in order to control the circulation of Agv.

I have attached a sample model for your reference have a look at it.

Thank you.
