How can I set a trigger of "start Missions" for my AGV?

My AGV has to start from His parking point to a queque, load a pallet with 4 box, transport this from the queque to a separtor long the path and returns to his parking point. This separates the box from pallet.

I would that my AGV starts the mission when in the separator there is 1 box.

Can you help me?

Is is possible to attach your model or a sample model of the problem you are having so that we can answer your question more specifically?

My file is more than 22 mb so is impossible to attach my model.

The separator behaves a bit different then you might expect. The process time last as long as the complete unpack process. Or in other words, at the end of the process time all items are separated and leave the separator. You can check on Exit of the separator how much and which types of items are left. Then you can open the output of object that sends the pallet to the separator. Thus the AGV gets the transport task seqeunce to deliver the pallet.
