2 line products set-up-label

I have a 4 step assembly line with 2 products, A100 and B200, I have to make 1000 of each every day, each product A or B are made in batches of 1000, after the lot is completed it processes the Other product

How can I set-up my simulation so I have a label for each product, so when processor changes products they recognize that it has to do a set-up for a specific product Type

There is a 1 hr set-up when changing from product A to product B, in all 4 processes, how can I setup each processor, so when you are changing to product B then it goes in a 1hr set-up.

How can I set up statistics so it reads how many units of A and B are made

@yoni A,

Attached is a sample model that does what I understand you are describing. Take a look at the model and see if something like this would work for you.

Thanks,

how would you set-up labels for A100, and B200 if I create the items in a queue rather than in a source

should I set the labels (1 and 2) in the queue or in the flowitem Bin, I tried but either way but it gives me error because it doesn't recognize the labels @Jeff Nordgren

@yoni A,

Attached is the sample model with the changes I made to create the flowitems in Queue1 instead of using the Source. Is this what you were looking for?

Thanks.
