FYI:
AGV1 is at station 1 and is ready to unload the item to next station, but AGV2 ahead is not done yet. So AGV1 has to wait until and unless AGV2 leaves the ahead station.
A piece of code/example/command will be much useful..!

Can you send us your model or a sample model of what you are trying to do that isn't working? It's a lot easier to answer a specific question in your model rather than a general answer that may not apply to you.

@Sharan Nitin, Yes as Jeff says, we might need to see your model. Because by default AGVs should already incorporate that logic. When an AGV is on a control point, that CP is allocated to that AGV, any AGV behind the first will have to wait till the AGV leaves and deallocates it, before it can also move onto that CP. Unless have you changed the number of allocations, or altered this somehow, this should be the default logic for an AGV network.
