Sorting and packaging items by specific quantity in conveyor system ?

sortpackage.fsm,Here is my model, i've made items sorted by their types,as you can see,the three conveyor lines in the middle.I look forward to make a package that contains one red,two green and three blue, what should be done for this?

Hi,

In the conveyors of your model the decision points enter restriction area is "4 " for all DP 2, DP3, DP4.

Change the

1) DP2 enter restricted area's max content to "1"

2) DP3 enter restricted area's max content to " 4"

3) DP3 enter restricted area's max content to "4".

the model works properly

Thank you for your time.During the first 150 secs, your model shows what i want. But as it runs, something wrong happened. The photo attached will show the exception. What i want to construct is that every package starts with 1red and then 2 green,and last three blue.123.png

Try this updated version of the model. If it doesn't work, you can try using Process Flow.

Note that there is a constraint when the red boxes get backed up past the length of the Slug Conveyor.
