How to build a Autonomous Vehicle Storage and Retrieval System(AVS/RS)

I have an idea to build an AVS/RS using Flexsim,now,I have meet some questions.

Ťhis is my unfinished conceptual model,I want replace the shuttle vehicle with a taskexecuter, use line and control points in AGV module to build a network (contorl points control loading and unloading in designated location in rack).

Because of I need taskexecuter on every layer,so I have to create plenty of network,I want to know if there is a smarter solution or idea to do this.
