Conveyor items gets stuck

Hi,

I have made a small simple model to show a problem I have in a model.

The transfer from the first conveyor to the second conveyor is set to defined time. With this settings the model gets stuck. I think this is a bug in the transfer.

This bug has been fixed for 18.0.10 and 19.0.1, which are available now.
