How to show the impact of process time on the efficiency of other machines?

Hi all !

I am trying to detect bottlenecks in my process. By using dasboard i made a state bar that clearly shows it's machine M2 (processor). Now i need to show what would happen if i change the process time in machine M2 to the other 2 machines . Which templates should i use ?

Thank you for your time.

@Piotr R,

I guess I'm not exactly sure what you are after. In your model, the process time for M2 Processor is 20 and the combined process times for M3 MultiProcessor is 28. So, the M2 Processor is already processing faster than M3, so M3 is the bottleneck to M2. And the processing time for M2 is 20 and the processing time for M1 is 10. So, M2 is a bottleneck for M1. I'm a bit confused as to what you are trying to fix. But I made a label on each of your M processors for its processing time. In the case of the multiprocessor, there are 4 labels/times. You can go into any of these processors and change the processing time by changing that label.

Take a look at the model and see if this is what you had in mind. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know.

Thanks.
