Can someone could offer to make simulation?

Hello everyone,

Maybe someone could help me to make simulation for simple conveyor system. Project will be implemented in real life.

Thanks for your reply. Biggest problem is triggers. Its hard to choose right ones, to implement task. I will share my problem, my some one could help me.

I attached my situation.

Task to implement;

1.T1 and T3 is loading conveyors.

2. T2 and T4 is accumulating conveyors.

3. At the same time, one conveyor could accept one object (box).

How everything should work;

T1 gets box, checks is there no box on conveyor T2, and should go to T2 foto eye. After T2 check-inn on foto eye, T3 foto eye should be checked and if empty, box should go to T3 foto eye. This cycle should go and with T4 conveyor.

Loading process should be enabled when loading conveyors are empty (T1 and T2).

@Aleksas EI,

Have you reviewed the FlexSim tutorials? There is one that specifically focuses on conveyors and how to use them. It would be beneficial for you to begin the model on your own so you can understand how conveyors work. Then, if you happen to get stuck, you can ask a more specific question on the forum and we'd be happy to help.

This question is rather broad and somewhat consulting related, so I'm not sure if anyone will have the time to build a model for which they have no parameters or scope specifications.
