@Jefferson K,

To be able to answer your specific question, we would need to look at your model or a sample model of the problem area and your warehouse graphic file. If it is sensitive information, you should start another question and mark it Private in the message options.

Have you read the section in the User's Manual about importing 3D images? If not, you should read the that section in the the User's Manual, found here: Using 3D Objects>Importing CAD Drawings and Floor Plans.

As detailed in this question, our Sketchup importer is lagging way behind and only supports Sketchup files of 2014 or earlier. We're planning to update the importer later this year.

You should be able to export the shape as a collada file which FlexSim will import.
