How can I use Acceleration / Deceleration of Conveyor?

I changed number of Acceleration / Deceleration of Conveyor.

But result is always the same

A station is on the conveyor, and delay item for 10 second.

Item must be stop on the station, so that Acceleration / Deceleration should work.

How can I use Acceleration / Deceleration of Conveyor?
