Double Conveyor lifttable

lifttable.fsm

I am trying to make a Double Conveyor lifting table for a slave/deslaver position,

The conveyors are running slave pallets on the bottom and full pallets on top.

There is a discontinuity in getting the pallets correctly algined on the lift.

I tried already playing with the close and open input on the conveyor to keep the pallet on the conveyors (instead of the lift) but this does not work.

I tried with kinematics but also i did not achieve the 2 conveyors going up in 1 time and coming back done in one time.

The pallet can off course only cross when they are leveld, but in this model if you speed up the rate for the slave pallets it goes wrong (flow wise still okay in terms of capacity but is does look very strange.

I would look into designing your process using processflow. You can use the activity "Travel to Loc" to move the conveyors lift table to the specific height you want it to go, and you will gave greater control of the kinematics of the Elevator and the process in general .

Hi @Joshua S

Thanks for the Tip, i already tried something but I don’t know where to start, should I take all conveyor before and after also in the instance? (I need the lift several times) or is there another way to control the in/out ports for the conveyor so that I can control the transfer?

Can you give a diagram of your process or explain the logic? I might be able to create a sample.
