Chinese character encodes error imported from socket to FlexSim.

HI, I have a question about encodes error of chinese character when importing from clientreceive of socket to flexsim, as the figure below . Could you tell me how to solve this problem? What is decoding rules of chinese character in FlexSim when importing chinese character from the outside ?

FlexSim 18.2.3

I just tested sending Chinese characters with FlexSim 19.2.0 using the socket example models, and it worked fine:

For us to be able to help you with your issue, please post an example model with replication steps on how to replicate the issue you are having.

FlexSim strings are utf-8 encoded. Make sure your data source is encoding the strings using utf-8.
