Operators Error: 7288

Hi so I know that this error occurs when somebody else has loaded the license key. However the problem persist even though the license has returned.

Operations error: 7288 The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the available seat count. [Incident# 3204-3413186]

Please, can you guys assist?

Hi @Michael F4,

You can also get that error if you try to activate an older license that has been upgraded.

For instance, say you were originally issued and emailed a FlexSim 18.0 license. Since then you have upgraded FlexSim and upgraded the license along the way, to the point you're now on version 19.1. Now you're upgrading your PC, so you return the license from your old PC and attempt to activate your original emailed 18.0 license to your new PC. This will fail. The reason is that the 18.0 license is now defunct. Once it has been upgraded, the upgraded activation ID takes its place, and the old one lies down in its grave, never again to successfully activate a FlexSim installation.

You should look up the latest version of your activation ID from your FlexSim Account. Try activating that latest version and comment back with the results.
