It looks like the Sketchup model you attached is newer, and FlexSim 19.2 is the only version that will open newer Sketchup files. I suggest downloading the file in Collada format, and then trying to import it. To import a 3d shape into FlexSim, add a Shape object, then open its properties window, and browse for your file.
