Bank Elevator dimensions

Hello,

I have been having an issue with the elevator bank where my operators would not use the elevator. Finally I dicovered that the item they where carrying was too big for the elevator. I fixed this by setting the traveler capacity usage to 1 instead of letting it calculate it based on x/y footprint.

The problem is that by doing this now the item is partially outside of the elevator. I tried changing the dimensions of the elevator but the arrows only add more blocks but I can´t find the dimension inside the menu like with the racks.

Thank you.

Hello @Braydn T,

This is a simple model

elevador.fsm

I want to change the Elevator dimension so the item doesn´t cross the wall.

Thank you!

Ya, I ran into that problem as well. My workaround was to change the X or Y size of the elevator bank and the elevators in either the tree view or the Properties panel (I can't remember which). It tooks some patience, but I finally was able to get the dimensions I wanted, and the behavior of the elevators didn't seem to be affected adversely. Give it a go, and let me know if you can't figure it out, and I'll be happy to look into it further for you!
